Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently, using trusted courier partners DPD and Royal Mail.

Delivery Partners and Notifications

• DPD: For next-working-day delivery on larger items. If you provide a mobile number, DPD will send text updates about your delivery.
• Royal Mail: For smaller items.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) Monday to Thursday are typically delivered the next day.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations such as the far north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands.

Products sent to the Channel Islands may be subject to Import Duty, payable locally.

Expected delivery times for large items may extend up to 10 days during busy periods.

Courier Safe Place Delivery

Our courier partners provide a safe place delivery option if you are not at home.

A safe place must be:

• At your property and easily accessible to the courier.
• Out of sight, secure, and protected from weather.
• Locations such as a front porch, garage, shed, or rear porch are acceptable. Recycling bins are not suitable safe places.

Important Note: If you request delivery to a safe place, you assume full responsibility for the parcel. Once the courier delivers to the specified safe location, it is considered delivered per the courier's terms and conditions.
