Environmental representations

  • People who own or occupy property near a proposed operating centre can make environmental representations.
  • Representations must be made within 21 days of the newspaper advertisement.
  • They must be based on environmental grounds, such as:
    • Noise.
    • Vibration.
    • Visual intrusion.
    • Obstruction.
  • Copies must be sent to both the Traffic Commissioner and the applicant.
