2. VEHICLES SUBJECT TO TEST

  • Rigid vehicles exceeding 3,500 kg GVW.
  • All articulated vehicles, including tractive units and semi-trailers.
  • Trailers, other than semi-trailers, over 1,020 kg ULW.
  • Converter dollies, which convert semi-trailers into drawbar trailers, are also included.
  • Examples of exemptions include work trucks, road rollers and motor tractors.
