A pregnant employee who has been employed by the same company for six months is entitled to:

1. maternity pay irrespective of the length of service
2. take maternity leave for up to a maximum of 52 weeks
3. share their maternity leave with their partner
4. 30 'keeping in touch days' when adopting shared parental leave.
5. Share parental leave payable for up to a maximum of 26 weeks.
